Claudia is an entrepreneur who has always loved design, architecture, and people. Her skill set includes 15 years in marketing and graphic design, 10 years as a professional artist, and more recently as a real estate developer for an urban renewal project.
The cornerstone to her business is integrity, honesty and dedication. This is achieved through her attention to detail, keen listening skills, timely communication, and strong negotiation skills.
Claudia is a Society Hill resident where she enjoys the historic attractions, active community involvement, painting, restaurants, and most importantly spending time with her family and their dog WInnie.
