Jim was born and raised in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia, and is a 20+ year resident of Oreland in Springfield Township. A graduate of Roman Catholic High School and Kutztown State College with a B.S. in Business Administration, Jim brings with him extensive experience in the Real Estate Industry. He has been a Residential Real Estate Appraiser for 25 years, and has personally inspected over 15,000 properties. He and his wife Maureen are active members of the Holy Martyrs Parish. They have four children.
